"My vision for Rooted Yoga has always been to offer to safe, unique space for anyone and everyone to walk in and feel accepted and understood. My dream is for students to feel like they can freely explore their bodies and minds without judgement or worries. My vision is the same for all the teachers. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Sculpt, Pilates, Hot 26 & 2. Warm, Hot and non-heated classes.
We have extra yoga mats for all of our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
