If you are looking for a yoga instructor who accepts you, challenges you, and has a strong sense of calm - Kate is your girl! Prior to meeting Kate, I frequently would say, “Yoga is not for me.” My cortisol levels were high, I craved high intensity workouts, and I didn’t believe that I could be good at yoga nor could yoga be good for me. I have never been more wrong! If you are a beginner, an expert, or someone who is convinced that yoga just isn’t for you at all.. Kate is a RYT-500 who has studied and is certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Hot Yoga 26. She has taught in numerous studios throughout the Hudson Valley while also offering private yoga classes. She used to run "Sunset Yoga at Carnwath Farms" during the summer time in Wappingers Falls, NY. Her passion for yoga started in her teens but she was magnetically drawn to share the magic of yoga with the world in 2019. No matter if you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Kate is able to make everyone get the most of their classes.
