We have extra yoga mats and props free of charge for you to use. If you have your own that you would like to bring that's ok too! If you are taking a hot class, we do have changing rooms incase you would like to bring a dry pair of clothes to change into.
The majority of our classes are beginner friendly! You may choose to start with Yin, or a Slow Flow or jump into any vinyasa class. Our Hot 26 class is also SUPER beginner friendly. We usually advice you do not join a Power class until you have some experience, as those are a bit more difficult.
We welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our teachers offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all.
Most of our classes are one hour long, but we also offer 75-minute and 90-minute classes for those who want a longer practice.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as leggings, shorts, sports bra, tank top, or t-shirts. For Yin or Meditation classes, we suggest you dress in layers incase your body temp lowers or increases!
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing, increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
