During this 90 minute group healing experience, each individual will receive Reiki from Samantha Stengle (Reiki Practitioner/owner if Moss and Moonlight), as Cristina Roy (owner of B2H Yoga) guides the class through restful and supported Restorative Yoga postures using props like blankets and bolsters.
The intention for this workshop is to open the body, mind, and soul through accessing deep relaxation, allowing you to release what no longer serves you, while offering grounding and restorative renewal.
